Lower Coinsurance for Medicare Part B Prescription Drugs in 2024

Great news for those keeping an eye on your Medicare Part B expenses. Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act, some prescription drugs will have lower coinsurances in the third quarter of 2024.

CMS has announced a list of 64 Part B drugs with price adjustments due to inflation. Starting in July, you could see a reduction in out-of-pocket costs for medications like:
